Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe was founded in Houston, Texas with one simple mission: to revive the art of eating crêpes! After traveling the world trying different versions of this popular street food staple, we saw an opportunity to bring the crêpe to the fast casual dining market.
We celebrated our joie de vivre philosophy by making beautiful crêpes, each a stunning masterpiece in its own right, and serving them in an irresistibly charming setting.
While others viewed crêpes as a relatively simple street food, we realized the crêpe was undeniably delicious and elevated in feel, and could be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, snack time, dinner, or dessert with the right mix of quality ingredients. Our distinctive menu filled with tasty, made-from-scratch items grew overtime to include waffles, milkshakes, salads, and the best specialty espresso and Nutella drinks, and more.

FOGO DE CHÃO is a cultural dining experience that practices the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame. In addition to its Market Table and Feijoada Bar – which includes seasonal salads and soup, fresh vegetables, imported charcuterie and more – guests are served simply-seasoned meats that are butchered, fire-roasted and carved tableside by gaucho chefs. The new flagship experience in Coral Gables will feature a Next Level cigar lounge and the Butchery market.
PINSTRIPES is a unique dining and entertainment venue comprised of a high-end bistro, bowling lanes, and bocce courts occupying approximately 30,000 square feet spread across two levels. By providing a avenue to celebrate life while eating the best food, playing the best games, and doing it all with the best people. It’s joyous and instantly memorable.
